Warsaw meeting rooms provide options for events
The hotel's eight flexible meeting rooms offer options to make every event a success. Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, the Polonia Ballroom (the largest meeting room available) spans 346 square metres and can accommodate up to 400 seated guests or can be divided into three separate rooms to accommodate up to 120 seated guests each. The ballroom also boasts a professional sound system and high ceilings, making it the ideal venue for private functions and business events. The Wiosna and Lato meeting rooms can also be combined for a maximum capacity of 100 or divided to provide a cosy atmosphere for a group of 50. The hotel's additional conference rooms are perfect for smaller events and intimate meetings, and Restaurant Ogrodowa can be booked for private parties. A variety of meeting and conference packages are available.
